Join AGWT and Bernalillo County Hydrogeologist, Corbin Carsrud, for an evening at the stunning Carlito Springs Open Space. Field Trip host Corbin Carsrud will discuss the small but persistant spring system that shaped development at the property in the late 1800s or early 1900s. This property has been home to a tuberculosis sanatorium, a resort-style retreat, and later private residences before being acquired by Bernalillo County in 2000 and incorporated into the open space system. Following the field trip attendees will enjoy a catered dinner in the newly renovated Main House on site.
