WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT? At the conference, panels of lawyers, regulators and water utility staff will discuss the latest legal developments in water resources, water rights, water quality, and groundwater contamination. This includes enhanced aquifer recharge, basin adjudication, drought measures, and an alphabet of industrial pollutants – MTBE, 1,2,3-TCP, C8/PFC, etc.
